Omg, you must stop and have the country ham biscuits and Cheerwine fountain drink. Prices are unbelievably affordable for scratch cooking. If I am ever in Liberty NC again I will stop here first thing.

The buttermilk biscuits are baked fresh every hour and were delicious! My daughter really liked her biscuit and gravy! No pics to post, we are too fast, lol.

I have been eating at this restaurant for many years and it's always good quality food. The staff is friendly and efficient. I really like the assistant manager Alice. She's very upbeat and friendly and always attentive to my needs and she gives that little extra personal touch that everyone looks for. I know that I'll continue going to see her at the Ramseur location and I'm sure plenty of other people feel the same way. And they got some great chicken biscuits and the tenderloin biscuit too I don't know which one I like best I guess I'll just have to keep going back and getting more

We've been dedicated Biscuitville patrons for many years but noticed the quality of the food at the three locations we normally stop at, had really gotten bad. We decided to try Biscuit Co., in Ramsuer, NC. It was my first time, though my husband ate there once many, many years ago. It was BY FAR THE BEST biscuit I've ever eaten at a restaurant. I got the steak, egg, and cheese; while my husband got a sausage biscuit and also a fried bologna biscuit. We both got hashbrowns; he got an orange juice and I got a black coffee. It took a bit to get the food because they made it all fresh. I'd gladly wait for food that tastes that good. The steak was tender. Seriously, you didn't need teeth to chew it. It was well seasoned also. Nothing like the greasy, styrofoam I've received the past several times I've gone to Biscuitville. In fact, Biscuitville steak had gotten so bad, I just stopped ordering it all together. But this place?? Man.... It was so good!!! The egg was fluffy, and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The biscuit its self was buttery, flaky, moist, yet stayed perfectly together with every bite. My husband loved the sausage, and said it tasted like sausage was supposed to taste versus what other places are using these days. He also enjoyed the bologna biscuit as well as it had two pieces of bologna. The coffee was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and actually checked the bag to make sure our order was correct and all there, before handing it to us and that's something you don't see at most places. It was very much appreciated!!! We went through the drive-thru so I can't speak on the ambiance or interior. It's obvious from the outside that it's an old restaurant but it had a 95.5 sanitation grade, so I'm assuming it was clean. Negatives: the sausage patty was very good, but it was way too small for the size of the biscuits, which are MASSIVE!!! The pictures don't do the size of these biscuits justice. Hashbrowns were actually tater tots but they were perfectly cooked and tasted good. We will definitely make this place a habitual stop when we're traveling through the area.

Delicious made from scratch large biscuits! The tenderloin and smoked sausage biscuits were tasty! But don’t think this place only does biscuits- best cinnamon roll we have ever had- hands down! Go get one!

Clean, friendly and good food. If you like Southern sweet tea, then it's here! A real southern country breakfast homemade biscuits every day and milk gravy with a bit of sausage is delicious. My favorite.

This is a true Southern delight. The folks who work there are friendly and efficient. Smiles on every face, and that welcoming, downhome attitude, with a "Hon" tossed in now and then. The dining room has the feel of an old-fashion diner...and that's great! The biscuits are large and well made. Served quickly and steaming hot. I had a country ham biscuit and my son had a bacon, egg and cheese. We both enjoyed our meals. My son and I dropped by on Dec 26 on the way to the zoo, and we're very glad we did. He and I are regular customers at our local biscuit place that also has 'Biscuit...' in its name. We wish we lived closer to Ramseur, because we'd go to the Biscuit Company instead.
